We are just a few weeks away from the all new Summer Virtual Family Literacy Resource Fair on Saturday,  August 7th from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm! Check out this fair’s speakers and sessions and register for this free event today!

 What can I expect at this fair?

●       An all new interactive platform! This allows you to move between sessions, connect with other parents and partners, and access the all new exploration booth area!

●       We have partner booths where you can explore virtually, speak to organizations directly, and find additional resources and programs!

●       Sessions available for parents, students, and educators from early childhood all the way up to 12th grade!

●       All sessions will be held twice, allowing more flexibility for you to decide your schedule.

●       All new prizes and raffles!

Ever present and especially today, our educators and families need support. Rightfully so, our rigorous and zealous focus on students has heightened as education ecosystems and greater communities attempt to navigate and envision what school and the sphere of school-connected activities will look like. However, we cannot overlook our families--without them, students stand no chance of receiving the education, support, and holistic care they deserve. Furthermore, educators and families deserve the same education, support, and holistic care. The Summer Virtual Family Literacy Fair will provide parents with the opportunity to learn, gain tools, and get resources in real-time to support and better prepare them for the 2020-2021 academic year.

The Summer Virtual Family Literacy Resource Fair is a space for the families and educators of students Pre-K to 12th grade to:

●       Learn how to access resources and ongoing education and support.

●       Explore strategies to create more conducive and healthy learning environments.

●       Gain access to knowledge that can be used to support virtual learning.
